That is a good question, let me try to help you out.

Firstly, I love your design--a very fresh and clean look. For a better chance of ranking there are many improvements you can make. One of them is your title tag. It is the same on all pages I checked. Google generally doesn't like titles to be all the same--craft them individually.

- Do some market keyword Research
- Spend time trying to get in the minds of the people that are keying in the main phrases describing your subject matter.
- Your meta keywords and descriptions are not present. The title, description and keywords are basics--but have importance.

There are several other immediate observations I have made but 1 step at a time.

I have put a link below to a video I made a few days ago that might help you understand why titles/keywords are important.
References :
Video- importance of page titles and meta tags http://robertssemsystem.com/index.php/comments_videos/page_titles_and_meta_tags_dont_matter_anymore_right/

How best can i ensure that my pages are indexed and ranked within web search engines?
I operate www.onpulseproperty.com; the site offers independent advice from third party sources on property markets overseas; with thorough buying guides from experts on each country.

Given that this information needs to remain independent we can not simply flood content with key words.

What else do we need to do to ensure the site stands the best chance to be ranked.

Any tips or suggestions welcomed.
