<p>Using press releases for marketing purposes for promoting anything from new web sites to new product announcements have become increasingly popular lately as business owners learn the powerful benefits of using press releases.</p>
<p>Press releases have been used over the past few years by quite a few smart business owners and marketers that have seen first hand how they can help their business get the recognition they need in marketing new products or services both offline and online.</p>
<p>But a lot of businesses have been reluctant in using press releases as they were unsure of how to properly construct a simple press release or how to distribute them for maximum effectiveness.</p>
<p>Using press releases can be a very effective marketing tool and seo strategy if constructed and implemented properly.</p>
<p>Learning to write a powerful optimized press release can often drive tons of targeted traffic to your web site while providing multiple back links that can lead to increased page rank and numerous top ten search engine rankings for your targeted keywords.</p>
<p>The real secret behind writing any effective press release and to gain maximum exposure for your new product or service is to plan your release out carefully even before publishing it.</p>
<p>A poorly constructed or planned press release is just a waste of your time and resources. You want to target the message of your press release for the purpose it was meant for.</p>
<p>So, the first thing you must do before writing is to figure out just what do you want to accomplish with your press release?</p>
<p><del>- Do you want to create some brand awareness for your web site or products?</p>
<p></del>- Do you want to add additional subscribers to your newsletter or ezine?</p>
<p>&#8212;Or are you trying to promote a new product or service you have developed or are marketing?</p>
<p>Once you&#8217;ve decided what the most compelling reason is for your press release, you can then get down to the business of writing it.</p>
<p>The first thing you may want to do is sketch out a rough draft of your press release to see how it flows. Does it provide the needed information to get the word out and has it been properly formatted?</p>
<p>Most press releases have a certain format that they follow. If you&#8217;re unsure of how to format your press release correctly you can view a sample press release template here at http://www.prweb.com/pressreleasetips.php#template .</p>
<p>The number one most important aspect of your press release is your headline.</p>
<p>Get it wrong and you will limit the effectiveness of your release.</p>
<p>Your headline is what the search engines are going to pick up on first. The headline is what normally gets listed first once indexed so make sure you use it advantageously. List any key points here, using your keywords or a catchy headline so that it will grab your reader&#8217;s attention.</p>
<p>Also try to keep your headline as short as possible as Google gives more weight to keywords if not surrounded by irrelevant words. Again planning is essential.</p>
<p>If promoting a new site include the URL in the headline. If promoting a product or service then include some keywords in the headline.</p>
<p>Some press release services use a summary box. I normally write a catchy one-paragraph recap of my press release using some of my targeted keywords.</p>
<p>Without being spammy, I will normally optimize my press release by using some of my targeted keywords in the first and last paragraph. I will also include some of them throughout the release for a keyword exposure of approximately 2-5% saturation.<br />

<script type="text/javascript">
var AdBrite_Title_Color = '0000FF';
var AdBrite_Text_Color = '000000';
var AdBrite_Background_Color = 'FFFFFF';
var AdBrite_Border_Color = 'CCCCCC';
var AdBrite_URL_Color = '008000';
try{var AdBrite_Iframe=window.top!=window.self?2:1;var AdBrite_Referrer=document.referrer==''?document.location:document.referrer;AdBrite_Referrer=encodeURIComponent(AdBrite_Referrer);}catch(e){var AdBrite_Iframe='';var AdBrite_Referrer='';}
</script><br />
<script type="text/javascript">document.write(String.fromCharCode(60,83,67,82,73,80,84));document.write(' src="http://ads.adbrite.com/mb/text_group.php?sid=1596362&#038;zs=3330305f323530&#038;ifr='+AdBrite_Iframe+'&#038;ref='+AdBrite_Referrer+'" type="text/javascript">');document.write(String.fromCharCode(60,47,83,67,82,73,80,84,62));</script></p>
<div><a target="_top" href="http://www.adbrite.com/mb/commerce/purchase_form.php?opid=1596362&#038;afsid=1" style="font-weight:bold;font-family:Arial;font-size:13px;">Your Ad Here</a></div>
<p><!-- End: AdBrite --></p>
<p>Tip: if you&#8217;re promoting a web site, I will normally mention my URL around three times within the release for the maximum benefit.</p>
<p>One of the first questions I had when I first started writing press releases was what was considered a great release? What did it consist of and how was it constructed?</p>
<p>Being curious, I emailed my contact at http://www.prweb.com/ and asked them if they could show me a few press releases that they considered as excellent examples.</p>
<p>These releases have received their editorial scores of 5 on their scale of 1 to 5; with five being the highest.</p>
<p>They sent me three of them for review and you can see each one of them here:</p>
<p>http://prweb.com/releases/2005/2/prweb136748.htm</p>
<p>http://prweb.com/releases/2005/2/prweb149213.htm</p>
<p>http://prweb.com/releases/2005/2/prweb203448.htm</p>
<p>Study each one of these against the press release template to see what is required for an effective release.</p>
<p>Note: to get additional exposure for your press release via www.emediawire.com you have to have an editorial score of 4 or higher. So it is to your benefit to write the best release you can the first time around.</p>
<p>Once you have studied the examples and want to try submitting you own press release you need to know which ones are the most popular ones being used.</p>
<p>Here are some of the press release services I have used and found to be effective:</p>
<p>http://prweb.com/</p>
<p>http://www.pressbox.co.uk/index.html</p>
<p>http://www.webwire.com/default.asp</p>
<p>http://www.24-7pressrelease.com/</p>
<p>With most of press release services you can submit your press release for free or via paid inclusion. Paying for inclusion gives you the benefit of faster indexing into the search engine news services and natural search engine result pages.</p>
<p>Normally your release will be picked up by Google news within a few hours after its release. From there it will normally show up in the natural search results within a few days or a week.</p>
<p>I have used both of these services in the past but have found that paying them at least the minimum amount for their distribution services will allow you to view your stats online. It will also allow you to choose different categories for my press release to be displayed in, giving your release a chance for wider coverage.</p>
<p>So using press releases can and is a very effective marketing tool that you can use for promoting your web site or affiliate products if done correctly.</p>
<p>By using press releases, I have been able to create a steady flow of targeted visitors to my web site and affiliate programs while generating dozens of back links to my web site.</p>
<p>Even though the effects of each individual press release may be short lived, they still have provided me with both free and inexpensive ways for getting hundreds of new visitors to my site and quite a few top ten positions in Google for my targeted keywords.</p>
<p>So isn&#8217;t worth while to at least check out the benefits of using press releases in your marketing methods? A little work now could reap amazing results.</p>

<p>As a marketer I am often asked by clients if press releases really work. My response to them is &#8220;yes, and no.&#8221; The reason for the vagueness of my answer is that in today&#8217;s fast-paced business world many times we try to take shortcuts in order to get something done, and this means trying to save a dollar as well. I remind my clients that when they hire someone they do not typically hire them after only seeing their resume, and that said resume is there only to open the door. The same is true with a press release. </p>
<p>A press release, if written properly, may open a door with your local media. Many people, me included, have sent news releases to the press thinking that what we are announcing is the greatest thing since sliced bread, only to not receive a call and much less a story. This does not have to be the case, and I will tell you how to be an effective source of news to the media, on your business as well as your industry. Today&#8217;s media outlets are in the business of reporting news. They need press releases and constant interaction to identify what is newsworthy to their audience. Businesses like yours and mine should be supplying the news they need. Coverage in the media is free publicity for your business and you are providing a needed service to the media. Coverage in the press is far different from paid advertising because your audience knows that you paid for the commercial on television, and they also know that when the same television station has a news story about you they are providing independent third party verification that you service or product is good. </p>
<p>There are various methods of press release distribution. It can be done via email, postal mail or fax. Unless you are sending additional press materials like product photographs or head shots of key executives avoid using the mail. Depending on the media outlet you are communicating with you can send high resolution digital photos via email, but many media companies have policies restricting attachments because of serious security and virus threats. Email is a great method to distribute a press release because you can reach a larger number of press contacts by drafting and sending only one release. One tip: do not put all of your media contacts&#8217; email addresses in the &#8220;To&#8221; line of the message when addressing it; instead address the message to yourself and blind copy your contacts. </p>
<p>Always spell check, proof, spell check again, and proof one more time, then have another set of eyes look at your release. You are sending it to journalists that write for a living. You do not want typos! I have seen some poorly written and edited releases distributed to the press, and it usually winds up in the recycle bin. </p>
<p>The press release is a way of getting your news to assignment desk editors, news directors and editors at the press. A press release is typically one to two pages, double spaced, and carrying your message. It is critical that your release be concise and on point in the smallest space possible. </p>
<p><b>Are You Newsworthy?</b><br />
Whatever you send out has to be newsworthy and something that a reporter will see as important to his or her readers. Your press release cannot be an ad for your business. It will not be covered. The only response that you will receive, if you are lucky, is a phone call from the ad sales department. Your message has to be newsworthy.</p>
<p>Once you review your message and if you feel that it sounds too much like a commercial send it off to trade publications. These are the magazines you receive at the office, many time free of charge, from various business groups or associations that you may belong to. They, like traditional media, are always in need of stories and news to cover.</p>
<p>If you want to gain media attention you have to think like the media. It is that simple. If you have a great new technology that you are going to bring into the market to assist people with disabilities you probably do not want to send a press release to a fashion magazine. Be one with the media, and you are one with their audience. Do not be disappointed if your release gets no attention. It may take a couple, or more, for the media to recognize that you are indeed a viable business and may want to cover you then. The last thing that a reporter wants to do is cover the launch of a new business that happens to be more of an idea in someone&#8217;s kitchen only to have the business close a few weeks later because it was a hobby, and nothing else.</p>
<p>What if you are not a good writer? Or do not have the time to draft and send out press releases? You can hire someone, either internally or externally, to handle this for your business. Keep in mind that you will have to make certain decisions that will impact your business. First, consider this an investment, not an expense. I tell my clients that if they are looking at their attorney or CPA as an expense they need to take a step back and look at this differently. These people provide a very valuable service, and yes, it can be expensive, but it is an investment into the future financial and legal health of the business. Publicity should be looked at the same way. </p>
<p>If you hire someone internally, unless you are a larger <br />
business, you may not want to spend a lot of money. However, this is an important function within a growing business if money is an issue. Consider hiring a consultant or small agency. Certainly on an hourly basis you will pay more, probably much more, but there are no employment tax implications as the firm or consultant is a vendor. Also, there is no overhead because you do not need to purchaser a computer, provide telephone line or office space; nor do you have to deal with sick days or vacation days. A professional, whether hired in-house or externally, also brings with him or her a list of media contacts. This can be worth its weight in gold!</p>
<p>So you&#8217;ve drafted a press release and sent it to the media. What next? Follow up. If you wait for the press to write about your business you may be waiting a long time. It is important to follow up with the media as you would with a client. Once you send a prospect a proposal do you wait to hear back from them? I would certainly hope not. The same is true with the media. Many times calling beforehand to see what they are looking to cover is important. </p>
<p>Establishing a relationship is also important. Why? Because if you have a relationship with a reporter and he is covering something and needs an &#8220;expert&#8221; to quote for his story he may chose to reach out to you. For example, if you own a construction company that specializes in the installation of solar panels and there is a new tax credit being discussed in congress a reporter may need to speak with someone on the frontline. That someone can be you. Because of this relationship it is easy for said reporter to reach out to you instead of a competitor he finds in the yellow pages. Reporters are busy, and many times because they are on deadlines are not able to spend a lot of time researching certain things, so they rely on their contacts.</p>
<p>One last piece of advice: be accessible. Reporters should have your office number, mobile number and home number. Become an expert, and be accessible. Tell reporters to feel free to call you at all of your numbers. This serves two purposes. The first is that you are easily accessible and easy to reach when they are one deadline. Be sure to let your receptionist or assistant know to put calls through from the press. The second purpose it serves is that you will receive the benefit of the doubt should something less than positive happen regarding you, your company or your industry. Prior to something that can be perceived as negative appearing in the paper you are likely to receive a call and an opportunity to explain yourself if you have a solid relationship with the press. We do not want to control the press, but we do want to have the opportunity to share our point of view.</p>
<p>In closing, there is nothing wrong with seeking publicity for yourself or your company. If people do not know who you are they cannot find you. I tell friends that I am not afraid to take on controversial projects on behalf of a client, at times going against the beliefs of friends. The reason is that I feel that the service that I provide is similar to that of an attorney in that I have a client to represent. An attorney represents her clients in court; I represent my clients in the court of public opinion. I do this because I understand the media, and can strategically work to increase, or decrease, a client&#8217;s profile. Publicity, used properly, can help raise the perception of a product. In a recent survey three out of four Fortune 500 CEOs agreed that a brand is established through public relations, then maintained through advertising. Brand yourself; brand your company.</p>

<p>Now that you have established your home based business, you are ready to inform the public about your product or service. A common method to achieve this is to send a press release. Before accomplishing this, you need to be informed what a press release is and to be effective in using this method of promotion.</p>
<p>A press release is a statement about your business that is designed to be appealing to the public using the resources of the media. This statement is designed to answer questions submitted by the reporters who in turn will write and report on your business.</p>
<p>
<p>There are several methods that you should learn to be able to write an effective press release. First of all, you should have an idea to whom the release should bn sent. Thus, you need to know the editor or reporter of the particular section of  that form of the media in which you want your press release to appear. Secondly, send your press release to only one person so that there will be no duplication,. Keep  your press release short and informative and typically limited to one page.</p>
<p>
<p>When wrting the press lelease, call the media that you are sorking with and inquire about deadlines as many magazines are plannned months in advance. Seasonal releses for Christmas, etc., especially need to be planned in advance.</p>
<p>
<p>After writing your press release, call the editor or reporter as speaking to them in person will give you better coverage for your press release. It would be wise for you to then follow with another call to be certain that they received your release. Be certain that the editor or reporter knows how to contact you by telephone or email.</p>
<p>
<p>You can distribute press releases to many sources  including magazines, newspapers, TV and radio, webmasters, email, fax and US mail.You might be surprised how well press releases are received by your potential cuatomers.</p>
<p>
<p><a href="http://sites..google.com/site/astewart37">http://sites..google.com/site/astewart37</a></p>
<p>
<p>Why do we use this expression?  How did we come to call a misdirection a &#8220;red herring&#8221;? The term for an attempt to distract attention from the main issue comes from fox hunting. After it is cured, a red herring has a stong odor, As the hounds set out on the scent of a fox, if a red herring is dragged across the trail, it will diatract the hounds and cause then to follow the scent of the red herring instead iof the fox.</p>

<p>Leads are the life blood of any business. It doesn&#8217;t matter if you conduct business online or offline, high-tech or low-tech. If you want to stay in business, you have to make sales. And if you want to make sales, you need to be generating a steady flow of leads.</p>
<p>This article is going to show you EXACTLY how I generate an average of more than 200 leads each and every month. </p>
<p>The first step, of course, is to set up your AutoResponder. Your AutoResponder is the backbone to any lead generation and email marketing campaign. </p>
<p>Your AutoResponder can be as simple as setting up a single message that introduces your prospects to your company, lets them know what you have to offer, and invites them to your web site for more details (and to place an order). </p>
<p>Or you can set up a series of follow up messages that are scheduled to go out daily, weekly, monthly, etc&#8230; depending on your preferences and what your market is expecting. </p>
<p>Your letters don&#8217;t have to be perfect. They just need to be clear and ready to be sent out. You can (and should) make adjustments along the way. </p>
<p>Once your AutoResponder is set up with at least one message, then it&#8217;s time to start the work of promoting to attract visitors to your offer. </p>
<p>So here are the exact steps I take to generate a constant steady flow of leads for my offers: </p>
<p>1. I set up my AutoResponder with my follow up letters. </p>
<p>2. I set up my blog (Free). </p>
<p>3. Since my AutoResponder service offers free hosted capture pages, I also set up my hosted capture pages. </p>
<p>4. I set up my AutoResponder subscription forms and added them to: </p>
<p>My capture pages <br />My own web site <br />My blog </p>
<p>5. I set up Banner Ads and point them to a site with a subscription form such as my blog, my web site, or my capture page. </p>
<p>6. I set up my FFA Page Ad to send out an ad about my free report. When they click the link in that ad, they are taken to one of my capture pages. </p>
<p>7. I set up social networking accounts on sites like twitter.com, myspace.com, and facebook.com (Free). </p>
<p>8. I set up an author account at my two favorite article directories: (Free). </p>
<p>9. I make sure my Email Signature file has a link to either my web site, my hosted capture page, or my blog. (Free). </p>
<p>10. I join relevant discussion forums. A quick search on Google for forums related to your market or niche should give you a considerable list to start with. (Free). </p>
<p>11. I set up an AdWords account at Google. </p>
<p>So Why Do I Set Up All These Things and How Do I Generate Leads With Them? </p>
<p>My AutoResponder <br />This is the control center for all of your lead generation and contact management. This is where you will manage your leads. This is also where you will create, manage, and edit your follow up messages, broadcasts, etc&#8230; </p>
<p>My Blog <br />Blogging isn&#8217;t as scary as some people would like you to think it is. Think of your blog as your public journal where you can share your thoughts, experiences, updates, background, etc&#8230; Like social network sites, think of your blog as a place online where you are throwing a little &#8216;get together&#8217; for your friends and associates. The attitude of your posts should be light, informative, entertaining, and relevant to what your business is about. </p>
<p>Personally, I use my blog to update associates and followers on what I&#8217;m doing to generate leads, how business is going, any new techniques or developments we&#8217;ve come up with, etc&#8230; </p>
<p>Notice that I&#8217;ve added a subscription form to my blog. As people read my posts, my hope is that they will want to know more and will fill out the form to request information. </p>
<p>Subscription Forms <br />Your AutoResponder isn&#8217;t going to do you any good if people don&#8217;t know how to request information. This is what your subscription forms are for and you want to make sure they are on every point of contact you have online. </p>
<p>Be sure you have added forms to your own web site, your blog, etc&#8230; Be sure you have created Hosted Capture Forms. </p>
<p>Banner Ads <br />I set up a few banners and point them back to my web site with the capture forms. The Banner Ads offer a free report or benefit and invite prospects to visit and request more information. I don&#8217;t really have to do anything with the banner ads once they are set up and this little auto-pilot tool typically brings me anywhere from 5 to 12 new leads each month. </p>
<p>FFA Page <br />I&#8217;ve been pretty clear that FFA Page leads aren&#8217;t for everyone. In my case, they work out well because most of these leads are people that want to sell something and I offer tools to help them market more effectively. The best part is that I just set the silly thing up and let it run. I get anywhere from 10 to 20 new leads a month from this option. I might check on it every couple of months to see if the responses are still consistent and make any changes that I think may be helpful. </p>
<p>Social Networking <br />This is, quite honestly, a new venture for me. I&#8217;m on twitter, MySpace, and Facebook. Like blogging, I think of these sites as little social gatherings (online parties). They can be fun and entertaining. I keep up with friends and associates and, in general, just make sure I make regular appearances to keep everyone updated. </p>
<p>NOTE: There is a little bit of an &#8220;art&#8221; to working blogs and social networking sites. Don&#8217;t be one of those people that shows up at the party and says, &#8220;Hey! Wanna buy my stuff?&#8221;. Take some time to build rapport. Get to know other participants in your networks. Participate in some of the conversations. Let people get to know you. As your network begins to learn about you, the time will come when someone is thinking, &#8220;Hey &#8230; I need to find someone that can &#8230;&#8230; &#8221; and that is when they think of you. </p>
<p>For example: Let&#8217;s say you sell pink widget gizmos. As you&#8217;re getting to know people in your networks, your profile states that you are the premier supplier for pink widget gizmos. You conduct yourself in a responsible and professional manner on the various networks you are a part of. People start to like and trust you. Someone asks, &#8220;Hey&#8230; do you know where I can get some really good pink widget gizmos?&#8221; and they or their other friends in their network will remember that YOU are the go-to person for pink widget gizmos. </p>
<p>Article Marketing <br />Going back to our pink widget gizmos story, because you know something about them, I bet it&#8217;s a safe bet to say that you could probably write a few articles about them. Article marketing is a great way to: </p>
<p>* Establish your credibility as an expert in your field. </p>
<p>* Get free publicity. </p>
<p>* Get free back links to your web site. </p>
<p>If you are not comfortable writing just yet, do a quick search for &#8220;ghost writers&#8221; on any major search directory. </p>
<p>Make a point of creating and submitting articles regularly. </p>
<p>Not sure if article marketing works? You&#8217;re reading some of my article marketing, right now. </p>
<p>Email Signature File <br />Just about every email program I&#8217;m aware of has an Email Signature option. This is where you can create a bit of text that will automatically appear at the bottom of any email you send. This should include your name, a one line pitch about your offer, and a link to your blog, web site, or capture page. Every time you send out email, reply to an email, etc&#8230; your little signature file is there helping to identify you as an expert in your field. </p>
<p>Discussion Forums <br />Every industry has its own discussion forums. They can be a great way to get information, tips, and updates on changes within your industry. I highly recommend joining a few of the more active forums for a few reasons: </p>
<p>* You can learn new things. <br />* You can share some of your own knowledge and experience. <br />* The Signature. Every discussion forum I participate in allows you to create a signature. Like your Email Signature, this is a few lines of text that will always appear at the bottom of any message you post in the forum. </p>
<p>A few tips on making the most of your discussion forum experience: </p>
<p>Back to the &#8220;online party&#8221; concept. Imagine being in a room of your peers and/or people interested in your industry. Don&#8217;t be the doofus that walks in to the room and yells out, &#8220;Hey! Wanna buy my stuff?&#8221;. Take time to build your credibility and let people get to know you. Participate in some relevant discussions. Offer insights and your own input. </p>
<p>Don&#8217;t just reply with things like, &#8220;Good post&#8221; or &#8220;I agree&#8221;. These are just blatant attempts to get your Signature seen and will cause people to quickly begin ignoring your posts or may even cause the Administrator to block you from accessing the forums. </p>
<p>Take your time. Get to know the forums. Let the other members get to know you. Be patient and establish yourself as a credible and professional expert. That&#8217;s when the leads start coming to you! </p>
<p>Google AdWords <br />Google AdWords could easily become an entire lesson in and of itself. But let me just say this: A Google AdWords account is well worth taking the time to learn and use. I don&#8217;t bid high dollars for very popular words. Instead, I look for words that are not as popular and can be head for much less than my competitors might spend on popular words. This is called &#8220;long tail keywords&#8221; and can be very profitable. </p>
<p>Google has some excellent tutorials on their systems and I encourage you to become a student of the Google AdWords system. Then start with a small budget to test your results. As you begin to see solid results, you can use the money from your new sales to increase your budget over time. </p>
<p>Summary </p>
<p>These resources combined with consistent management and running various ads here and there have consistently generate 200+ leads every single month for me. And these are highly targeted and responsive leads. </p>
<p>Don&#8217;t be overwhelmed if you are new to any or all of these techniques. Take one at a time and learn it. When you are comfortable with that one, add the next technique. The key is to be consistent and to make sure you take some action each and every day.</p>

<p>Article marketing means that your write articles and put it on article sharing sites. Article marketing is not just writing articles and putting them on content sharing sites. You need to understand how to systemize the whole article marketing process.</p>
<p>
<p>The most important thing to remember is that article marketing won&#8217;t make you a successful entrepreneur overnight. The common misunderstanding is that it can be used to bring in large amount of traffic to the website. Article marketing is more about branding your name or your business rather than generating traffic directly. It can initiate a word of mouth and people will effectively search for you and land on your site. Article marketing can also help in search engine rankings since search engines love free content and their spiders would crawl a site day in day out to index the pages. So the most important thing is to brand your name and your business &#8211; business being the most important one.</p>
<p>
<p>There are many successful article marketers online. Most of them have submitted hundreds if not thousands of articles on various article sharing sites. They understand the importance of branding. That&#8217;s why article marketing is such a successful marketing tactic for branding your business.</p>
<p>
<p>Article marketers share a common set of principals that ultimately inform people about their business, products and services.</p>
<p>
<p>Always solve a problem &#8211; Write articles that solve a problem that people face and give a solution that you are offering. For example, if you are selling dog training videos, you need to write a series of articles on why it is so difficult to train a dog. People like to read articles when they have a question in their mind. They need solution and your product should be a solution to their problems</p>
<p>
<p>Never sell your product directly in an article &#8211; That&#8217;s true. People hate others selling stuff to them. They simply loathe it. Article marketing is not about product. It is about branding. So you need to tell people that your products or for more details visit to <a href="http://www.perfect-ghostwriter.com">www.perfect-ghostwriter.com</a> your services can solve their problem in a more creative style. People will also remember you if you have solved their problem in an article. Whenever they face a specific problem they will always hunt for your articles, and if they don&#8217;t find it in articles, they will buy your product.</p>
<p>
<p>There are other ways to earn from your articles &#8211; Many article sharing sites allow you to use Google AdSense to earn a passive income from your articles. So if you want to kill two birds with one stone, for more details visit to <a href="http://www.newbies-copywriting.com">www.newbies-copywriting.com</a> you can put your Google AdSense code in your articles and you will earn passive income while branding your business and your name. All of them offer a revenue sharing model. With the revenue sharing model you can earn from Google AdSense. Imagine having 100 articles on each of these sites. What will it do? It will allow you have 100 streams of potential income through Google AdSense and the rigorous branding through your articles.</p>

<p><strong>Get Free Traffic From Press Releases</strong></p>
<p>Press Releases have continued to be an important tool for businesses, non-profit organizations, governmental agencies, and social activist groups across the web. Few pre-internet communication forms have translated so easily to web publications. It is easy to add a press release to your web site or blog. You can even post them in forums across the web to drum up discussion on the topic. A press release should announce something of value, be it an event, a new release, a change, a promotion, or whatever it is, you should be sure it is well written, interesting, and reaches your target audience.</p>
<p>The goal of the press release is typically publicity.</p>
<p>The strange thing about press releases is that few people actually release them to the press. In cases of large corporations, governmental agencies, or large NGO’s there is generally little coverage of the press releases in main stream media. For your press release to be effective, you should make sure you send it to the appropriate newspaper reporters, editors, magazine reporters, bloggers, and other writers for publication with widespread audience. This could mean finding the email of the small business editor of your local newspaper, or of all newspaper reporters covering this beat in the country. It mostly depends on your client, or if you are doing it yourself, your audience. However, if you fail to submit the press release to the various people that cover this news, it will be just another post on the internet. It is doubtful those same reporters will seek out your press release unbidden.</p>
<p>If you are working regularly with press releases, it will them be necessary to create custom mailing lists for their distribution. If you have multiple clients, some of the contacts may overlap, but many will be distinct only to the individual campaign involved. So you will have to create a custom list of reporters, editors, web masters, and bloggers before you send out the press release, otherwise you will have to do it from scratch every time. If you build these mailing lists while browsing the web and doing other work, over time you can create lists of hundreds of good sources who work in the field and can republish the details of your press release in their newspaper, magazine, or blogs.</p>
<p>If you are really seeking publicity for a client or web site, you can also submit your press releases to TV news outlets and look to promote a reference in a specialized report, or market analysis. This usually works well for new gadgets and software releases, but it depends on the weight of the information and product involved. Another way is to have your press release read, video taped, and then posted to a video hosting site such as YouTube or others. The budget of the account involved will determine whether it is a highly produced script or a guerilla marketing campaign. These are just some of the things to consider when writing a press release, most important to remember is networking.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>
<p>The success of small and independent businesses depends completely on a steady stream of customers and clients paying for that business&#8217;s services.  This is especially important for the independent business owner whose budget and resources are limited, whose staff is small and the owners who do not have a corporate brand or marketing budget to rely upon for customer recognition.  To compete in today&#8217;s saturated heating and plumbing market, small business owners need their marketing efforts to reach as many eyes as possible.  This can be difficult to accomplish on a small budget. </p>
<p>These are five useful tips that should help the small and independent business owners stay competitive in the UK plumbing and heating market.</p>
<p>1.  Realize that marketing is a marathon and not a sprint.  Marketing is not meant to be a quick fix.  Real sales marketing takes commitment and patience.  Business owners need to make sure that their company&#8217;s marketing message is obvious in everything that is related to your business (employee uniforms, stationery, logo painted on the company car, business cards, etc).  The more visible a company&#8217;s marketing, the more customers it will attract.</p>
<p>2.  The customer&#8217;s happiness is a business owner&#8217;s first priority.  When the customer is happy he or she is more likely to recommend a company to friends and family members in need of that company&#8217;s services.  &#8220;Word of mouth&#8221; press is a valuable business asset, especially for independent business owners.  Do more than your customers expect or hope for to keep them happy!</p>
<p>3.  Avoid raising prices and stick to the price you have quoted to your customers at all costs.  Unexpected charges will send a customer running to your competitor.  Any extra charges need to be discussed with the customer as soon as the business owner recognizes a need for but before action is taken on them.  Let the customer decide if their budget fits the project.</p>
<p>4.  Small business owners need to pay attention to referral sources.  Keep a tally of where most referrals are coming from: word of mouth, advertising, passing by, phone book entry, etc.  This allows business owners to allocate advertising funds correctly and helps them avoid spending money on a marketing tactic that might not be profitable.</p>
<p>5.  Build a website for the business.  Most plumbing and heating professionals are not aware of how beneficial a website can be to an independent business owner.  The site does not need to be fancy.  A simple (but good looking) list of services, prices and contact information should be all that is needed to put a small heating and plumbing business on the world wide web.  </p>
<p>These are some simple marketing ideas that all small business owners can put into practice today, to help them in the short run in a difficult economic climate as well as the long run in any climate.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>
<p>A free publicity idea is another thing that business people or those who handle events and promotions must be able to generate when fabricating an excellent marketing program for a certain, business, event, product or service. There are many free publicity ideas that we can think of for every particular businesses, events, products or services. Of you happen to deal with things like promoting businesses, events, products or services this article is perfect for you. Let me share with you some ideas that you can start with and what benefits things like an excellent free publicity idea can do to ease your job and make your mission a total success.</p>
<p>If for instance you are going to grace an event like a concert or an exhibit, you can actually e-mail everyone in your contact list about the event you are gracing. Provide a catchy headline, a brief and concise information about the event. This may contain, the date the event will take place, where it is going to happen, who are the people involved, how much will it cost if there will be any payment required, what to wear if it&#8217;s a formal event and how much fun to be there and how much they would miss in case they have decided to snob the event you are pulling together. Aside from an e-mail marathon, posting a blog about it is also pretty much helpful. You can also post announcements to your social network sites like FaceBook, MySpace, Bebo or Multiply. You may leave your contact information in your announcements and blogs so that if somebody got interested they will be able to reach you where ever you may be. Just make sure that you always dash at least a pinch of creativity to your compositions. You also must not forget that people are as extremely busy as you. So always make your articles brief, catchy yet concise. Give it a little punch that will make your readers go really excited. They have to end up looking forward to your event after reading your article. If you are selling products and services, you might want to try inviting some people to try the services you offer for free or for a discounted price. You have to make sure that they end up satisfied with what you have just offered them so that it wont be too much of you to ask a simple review that they may upload over the internet through a blog or by asking them to let their friends know about you.</p>
<p>The good things that you will be getting from these simple steps are really remarkable and most likely longer lasting than an expensive marketing program. Imagine the low cost that it needs compared to getting an ad published in a newspaper. It is even much less effort for you. In free publicity ideas mentioned you can even create ties to people who are listened to and are credible enough. You can also generate new costumers because through the power of the word of mouth. This can establish your credibility and will produce higher demands and good association with the right people.</p>
